Sabela Attorneys

Our History

Sabela Attorneys is a young Legal Practice established in 2009 as an off-spring of Cele Khama Naidoo Incorporated. It is wholly owned by a Black male attorney, who is a sole Practitioner of the Practice. Its unique internal structures and associates ensure that the relationship between individual lawyers is co-operative and supportive, which in turn works to the total advantage of all our clients.

Being a product of BEE, it is our stated policy to consistently review our profile to ensure that it is representative of the general population of South Africa. Our professional staff is selected from historically disadvantaged communities. Our current staff complement is comprised of mainly females. We are committed to ensuring representivity within the firm.



We hold the view that the empowerment of emerging attorneys must include a provision to afford opportunities for those attorneys within the major law practices. Our company is confident that with the support of clients, opportunities for previously disadvantaged lawyers will result in the further and continued development of historically disadvantaged practitioners with specialized skills.
